Sports Injury Prevention
What is it?
Support for athletes in any sport, led by a Level 3 NCCP‑certified coach with 20 years of experience in distance running and sprints/hurdles. The assessment identifies muscle imbalances and structural issues that may lead to injury. Training plans can be modified during recovery, with cross‑training options to help you return to your sport safely and as quickly as possible. A personalized exercise and treatment plan is developed to reduce pain and prevent future injuries.
