After graduating in 2009 as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Sprott Shaw Community College Sonia began her nursing career with a focus on Geriatric care and Medical/Surgical nursing at Eagle Ridge Hospital. In 2012, Sonia undertook further education in Advanced Foot Care and Diabetic Footcare. As a foot care nurse, Sonia is dedicated to providing quality foot and nail care, maintaining foot health and improving mobility and quality of life.

Sonia is registered in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, BC Nurses Union and is a member of the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses, Lower Mainland Foot Care Nurses Association, and Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia. Sonia takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Professional, surgical-grade tools and instruments are individually sealed in secure pouches and autoclave sterilized, according to the BC Best Practice Guidelines for Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilization.
