Covid-19 Protocols

Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is committed to keeping our patients and staff safe. Below are some of our protocols we have implemented in our clinics to help prevent the spread of Covid 19:

• Pre-treatment wellness screens are emailed and to be completed by every patient.
• Masks are no longer mandatory in health care settings such as this clinic; however, some therapists may request that their Patients still wear a surgical level mask - provided by the clinic if necessary. Similarly if patients would like their Therapist to wear a mask, please let them know.
• Rooms and equipment are disinfected with Health Canada approved cleaners after every use.
  
• Appointments are booked and payments are made by telephone or online whenever possible. We have opened up ONLINE BOOKING to facilitate this process.
